Katy shared a photo on her Instagram of her smoking a pink hookah pipe with a friend wearing a head to toe black latex mermaid suit.
Taken at a party in LA, Katy captioned the picture with, ‘Ayyyye pink dolphin what’s good?! @permaidpermaid,’ which was in reference to the pink dolphin that was seen in Louisiana.
The story behind the woman in the latex mermaid suit which is called a Permaid and is a public art project by photographer Aeschleah DeMartino and fashion designer Nicolette Mishkan.
